ARTICLE 1 – OBJET
This Contract aims to define the rights and obligations of La Marine and the buyer of products presented on the La Marine site (hereinafter referred to as “You” “Your” “Your”).
Any order placed with La Marine assumes that You accept this Contract which is presented to You, beforehand, during the online purchase operation on Our site lamarine.fr and which You declare to have read and accepted.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERING PROCESS
Once your choice has been made and subject to product availability, You will be invited, upon acceptance of our Contract, to indicate Your La Marine identifiers or to create a La Marine account by following the process indicated to complete your order.
You undertake to communicate to La Marine your identity and real contact details (in particular last name, first name, address, telephone number, valid e-mail) necessary for the purchase, delivery and tracking of your order. We decline all responsibility in the event that the data declared during creation and which you are required to verify, proves to be erroneous.

ARTICLE 4 – CONTRACT LENGTH

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES - SHIPPING COST
The prices of derivative products are displayed in euros, all taxes included, but shipping costs are not included. Prices are subject to change, upwards or downwards, at any time, particularly due to promotions or sales. The cost of telecommunications transmissions induced by the conclusion and/or execution of these agreements remains your responsibility.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY - RECEIPT OF GOODS
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residence address of the customer or any other natural person of their choice domiciled in mainland France.
Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.

If You notice any damage to the packaging of the product You must make appropriate reservations to the delivery person and notify Us within eight working days of the disputes corresponding exactly to the said reservations. Failing this, You will be deemed to accept the products delivered as is.
ARTICLE 7 – WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
You have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) clear days from the date of receipt of your order to cancel your purchase.

All copyrights, trademarks, other distinctive signs and intellectual property rights, notably present on the products and on the La Marine site, remain the full and complete property of La Marine without You being able to claim due to the purchase of the product to any transfer of rights.
ARTICLE 11 – FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party will be held responsible towards the other for the non-performance or delays in the execution of an obligation of this contract which would be due to the act of the other party or following the occurrence of a case of force majeure.
Expressly, those usually considered by the case law of French courts and tribunals are considered to be force majeure or fortuitous events. In the event of the occurrence of such a force majeure event, the obligations of this contract are suspended. If the force majeure continues for a period of more than one month, the contract is terminated automatically and without formalities.
ARTICLE 12 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any of the stipulations of the Contract is declared null or non-enforceable by a competent court, it will be declared unwritten and will not result in the nullity of the other stipulations.
These general conditions are subject to French law with regard to both substantive and formal rules. In the event of a dispute which cannot be amicably resolved, jurisdiction is assigned to the Rennes commercial court, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
