You undertake to communicate to La Marine your identity and real contact details (in particular last name, first name, address, telephone number, valid e-mail) necessary for the purchase, delivery and tracking of your order. We decline all responsibility in the event that the data declared during creation and which you are required to verify, proves to be erroneous.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES - SHIPPING COST

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY - RECEIPT OF GOODS

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residence address of the customer or any other natural person of their choice domiciled in mainland France.

ARTICLE 7 – WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

ARTICLE 11 – FORCE MAJEURE
