Here is the procedure:

To exchange or simply refund your pair (given that the shipping costs remain your responsibility unless there is an error on our part) we ask you to send us the return package with:

-A copy of the invoice

-Compliance with all return conditions*

Upon receipt of your package, we will refund or ship the new pair as soon as possible.

If you notice a problem or an error on our part upon receipt of your package, please contact us at:, indicating your order number. We will respond to you as quickly as possible, please check your spam/junk mail.

*What are the conditions for being able to make a return ?

To be accepted, returns must meet the following characteristics:

- The products must never have been worn outdoors,

- The products must be in new condition,

- The returned products must correspond to the delivered products,

- The products must be returned within 14 days following receipt of the order with a copy of the invoice attached in the return package (indicating the desire for reimbursement or the reference of the pair in exchange),

- The return is processed within 7 to 10 working days.

Can I have it delivered to a location other than my home ?

- Colissimo or UPS will allow you to have your orders delivered to your home, your workplace, your friends' homes or to a relay point.

For international shipments and depending on the rates in force in your country, customs fees may apply upon receipt of the package.

How do I track my package ?

Once your package has been shipped, sends you an email with a link that allows you to follow the different stages of delivery of your package.

By clicking on this link, you are automatically redirected to the website of the delivery person you have chosen. You can see where your package is.

Once your package has been shipped, La Marine no longer has control. Delivery details (additional telephone number, reception by a concierge, times, etc.) must be provided at the sending form stage.

What are the different payment methods ?

- You can pay by credit card on our site, the following are accepted: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, e-Carte Bleue, Maestro.

How to make a claim ?

- A photo of the bottom of your soles to certify that they are an original pair of Marines

When will the restockings be carried out ?

Our online store space,, is designed in a spirit of non-competition with our reseller stores.

That implies that :

- Almost all of the products presented are end of series not renewed

- all productions of new references presented, exceptionally in the online store, are allocated as a priority to professional orders

It is therefore difficult for us to predict, with certainty, restocking dates, whatever the reference concerned (you can however contact us if you would like clarification)
