What are the available delivery methods?

La Marine proposes several shipping methods to ensure a high quality delivery within a satisfactory timescale.

Delivery by So Colissimo

If you choose So Colissimo (for further information about So Colissimo, please visit www.colissimo.fr): your parcel will be delivered to your home in 48 hours (this delivery time is provided for information purposes only for mainland France). 

Delivery by Mondial Relay

Delivery to the closest collection point to your home (in France, Spain and Belgium): the delivery lead time (provided for information purposes only) is 5 to 7 days.

Our store in Rennes

Your parcel will be available for collection from the 100% La Marine store in Rennes. You will be informed by e-mail when it is ready. This free delivery method takes longer (with deliveries to the store every seven days).

When will my parcel be shipped?

To enable you to receive your ordered items as soon as possible, once approved* your order is transferred to our order preparation teams. Next, we issue your parcel to the delivery provider of your choice without delay in order that it may be delivered as soon as possible.

All booked orders are prepared and shipped within 48 to 72h (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). You can expect delivery in 3 to 5 days for mainland France.

* This means that the payment for your order has been accepted and is considered as non-fraudulent.

Can I track the delivery of my parcel?

Once your parcel has been collected by the delivery company of your choice, we will send you an e-mail containing a link enabling you to track the delivery of your parcel.

Why do I have to give my mobile phone number in order to receive my delivery?

To facilitate the delivery of your order as speedily as possible, your mobile telephone number is provided to the delivery company of your choice to enable them to inform you by text message when your parcel is ready and to contact you if a problem arises (if you are out or if the address is wrong, etc.).

I made a mistake when I entered my delivery address. What should I do?

If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped it is possible to modify your delivery address. To do this, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible on 0299313085 to make sure that your parcel is delivered to the right address.

If your order has already been collected by the delivery company of your choice, you will need to wait for this to come back to us. The resulting reshipment charges will then be at your cost.

Although our team will do everything possible to adapt and to find the best solution with you to any problems you may encounter, we would nevertheless like to remind you that beyond the statutory 7-day period you have no automatic right to return the product to us. Each case will be examined individually before any return can be agreed.
